What type of battery is required?+

Our wall clocks use a single AA battery, which is included in the box. It typically lasts several months of reliable operation.

How long does shipping take?+

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. All shipments are fully tracked and insured, shipped from our logistics centre in Rome, Italy (Elogy, Via Roccagiovine 266, 00156 Roma).

Do you ship internationally?+

Yes, we ship worldwide! Free tracked shipping to all destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties which are the responsibility of the buyer.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. You can also cancel your order free of charge at any time before it ships.

Every clock comes with a comprehensive 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your product develops a fault, we will replace it free of charge including shipping.

What if my clock arrives damaged?+

All shipments are double-boxed and insured. If your clock arrives damaged, contact us with a photo and we will send a free replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged item.

Can I cancel my order?+
